Broseta advises La Finca Grupo and Admara Capital on the development of an exclusive residential project

Broseta has advises La Finca Grupo and Admara Capital on the development of an exclusive residential project in the Argüelles neighbourhood of Madrid.

Both companies have formed a 50% joint venture to acquire a building owned by Pryconsa with the aim of demolishing it and building a new development of 24 luxury homes. Specifically, the building is located at Calle Andrés Mellado 90.

The transaction involved the firms Real Estate team, led by partner Gonzalo Navarro Martínez-Avial, with the participation of Jorge González Martínez (associate) and Alfredo Fernández-Reyes Martínez (lawyer).
