Broseta advises Keraben Group on Construplas sale

Broseta acted for Keraben Group on the sale of its subsidiary Construplas – which manufactures bathroom equipment – to French investment funds Aquasourça and MBO Partenaires.

Construplas manufactures and distributes equipment such as shower trays, hydromassage columns, panels, countertops and washbasins.

The company sells its products under the brand name Acquabella in Spain.

Construplas’ 2016 revenue was approximately €16 million, a 23 per cent increase on the previous year.

Aquasourça and MBO Partenaires were advised by DLA Piper and Roca Junyent, according to Mergermarket.
