Broseta advises Insyte on LT-Light acquisition
Broseta has advised Insyte, an electronics engineering and manufacturing company belonging to the Miriad Global group, on its acquisition of the LT-Light stage lighting business unit, developed by BEN-RI Electrónica. The deal extends Insyte’s activity into the stage lighting sector.
The transaction covers the entire LT-Light product line, the technical team and the brand’s software. LT-Light brings more than three decades of experience in supporting stage lighting equipment. Insyte now directly manages all LT-Light services and ensures continued technical support for its existing clients. These include city councils and other public institutions, artistic companies, cultural venues and concert organisers.
Insyte has almost 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing electronic equipment for the aeronautical, railway, telecommunications and defence sectors.
