Broseta advises Ideaded on a €22 million financing round and capital increase
Broseta has advised Ideaded, a technology company specialising in semiconductors, in a round of financing and strategic capital increase worth €22 million, injected by the Government—through the Spanish Society for Technological Transformation (SETT)—and by Escribano Mechanical and Engineering (EM&E), a specialist in defence systems, together with other private investors and current partners of the company.
With this public and private investment, the company will acquire new machinery and complete its pilot plant in Viladecans, with the aim of reaching a capacity of 50 wafers per month.
The transaction involved the participation of Broseta’s Corporate M&A team, consisting of: Rubén Aísa (partner), Catalina Smith (director), Zenayda Sanfeliu (senior associate), Miguel Arrieta (solicitor) and Elena Sánchez (solicitor).
