Broseta advises Admara Capital on its residential project in Conde Orgaz

Broseta has advised Admara Capital on the sale and development of an exclusive residential project in the Conde Orgaz neighbourhood of Madrid.

This project will involve the refurbishment of two buildings to create an exclusive residential development of around 70 homes.

The firms Real Estate team, led by partner Gonzalo Navarro Martínez-Avial, participated in the transaction, with the involvement of Jorge González Martínez (associate) and Mar Guijarro (associate).
