Coming from multinationals (EY, IBM, Citi) and with a background in international law and knowledge of the tax, labor, immigration and social security challenges that International Mobility entails, Simona Alen becomes partner of BPV Abogados, serving her clients from the Madrid office.

This new incorporation allows BPV to continue offering variety and specialization in international tax, social security, labor and immigration law, with a reliable international network, which allows BPV to offer a comprehensive advisory service anywhere in the world.

BPV Global Mobility

International Mobility is a fundamental aspect of today’s business landscape, which poses complex challenges. BPV Abogados recognizes the need to offer a comprehensive service from planning to implementation of International Mobility projects. Simona Alen will lead this new department as an essential resource for clients looking to expand their operations globally or manage international mobility issues.

“In the last 18 months, BPV has experienced a frenetic activity due to organic growth, the acquisition of other firms and the incorporation of high level partners from renowned law firms. Consequently, there has been a notable expansion of the business with multinational clients with a significant presence in Asia and the United States. This, together with our historical specialization in Venture Capital and Startups, has practically forced us to create the new Global Mobility division,” says Guillermo Briones, partner of BPV Abogados.
