BPV Abogados incorporates Esperanza López-Migoya as new partner

BPV Abogados has incorporated Esperanza López-Migoya, previously senior tax manager at PwC, as new partner.

Esperanza has more than twenty years of professional experience in providing tax advice to large and medium-sized companies from different economic sectors, as well as to high net worth individuals.

She has developed most of her career in multidisciplinary firms (Cuatrecasas and PwC) as well as in Bankinter, where she has provided recurrent tax advice on Corporate Tax, consolidated groups, business planning, restructuring, Due Diligence, indirect taxation, assistance in verification and investigation proceedings before the Tax Administration, as well as in all types of tax proceedings before the Courts, both in the economic-administrative and in the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
