Borja de Ramón, new legal corporate director at Incus Capital

Incus Capital, an independent and privately-owned real assets investment advisory firm, has appointed Borja de Ramón as legal corporate director. The new director previously held the position of group general counsel at Fiduciam.

With a solid international background in the legal and corporate sectors, Borja de Ramón joins Incus Capital as legal corporate director, bringing over a decade of experience advising major companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial law. Before joining Incus, he served as Group General Counsel at Fiduciam in London, where he led the legal department and strengthened the group’s regulatory and contractual framework, reinforcing its position in the European direct lending market.

Previously, De Ramón was Head of Legal at ThePower Business School, where he established and consolidated the legal department, overseeing key areas such as intellectual property, data protection, international contracting, and tax planning. He began his career at Linklaters, spending six years in the M&A department and advising on public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, cross-border restructurings, and executive incentive plans. His experience in corporate governance for both listed and private entities reflects his strong commitment to the legal field. De Ramón also brings entrepreneurial insight as co-founder of Munay Brand, a sustainable fashion company that adds a strategic and business-oriented dimension to his profile.

Borja de Ramón holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
