Blanca de la Hera, new director of business development at Eversheds Sutherland Spain

Eversheds Sutherland hires Blanca de la Hera, formerly of Ramón y Cajal Abogados, as its new director of Business Development in Spain.

A professional with extensive experience in business development and market expansion in the legal sector, De la Hera will work alongside Elena Rodríguez Diez de Baldeón, director of Marketing and Communications, to drive the department forward in an even more cross-cutting manner across sectors and practice areas, breaking with the traditional organizational structure with the aim of deepening the business and turning the team into a strategic ally, specialising professionals in each area and strengthening the firm’s value proposition.

De la Hera, who until now has worked at the Ramón y Cajal law firm, has led international initiatives and designed business development strategies to improve the visibility of firms and promote their growth. At Eversheds Sutherland, she will be responsible for implementing innovative strategies that strengthen the firm’s presence and promote collaboration between its different practice areas.
