Bird & Bird signs Víctor Horcajuelo as head of the regulatory area of Tech & Comms

Bird & Bird has recruited Víctor Horcajuelo as Counsel in charge of the regulatory area of Tech & Comms in Spain

Horcajuelo moves from Hogan Lovells, where he was a senior associate, and has wide experience as a Public Law lawyer in the field of new technologies, communications and digital economy. He also has extensive experience in the sectors of infrastructure, transport, environment and tourism, among others.

According to the firm, this move is part of Bird & Bird’s international strategy to reinforce Tech & Comms’ practice at a global level, with the aim of continuing to be the benchmark firm in operations involving organisations that are being transformed by technology or that lead that change, with practices that cover all the needs of their clients. Additionally, Horcajuelo’s experience in other regulated sectors reinforces the firm’s regulatory area.
