Bird & Bird hires new IP senior associate

Bird & Bird has hired Cintia Bernhardt as new senior associate for the intellectual property department.

Cintia studied law at the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in intellectual property through the Carlos III University of Madrid. He also holds two other degrees: an Executive master’s degree in Business Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School) and another master’s degree at the IEB in European and Spanish Competition Law.

She started her career at Garrigues, where she worked for more than 15 years as an intellectual and industrial property lawyer. Now, she joins Bird & Bird as a senior associate in the IP and industrial area.
