Bird & Bird advises Stellantis on the acquisition of Clicars
Bird & Bird has advised the automobile group Stellantis, through its subsidiary Aramis Group, on the 100% acquisition of the Spanish online car sales company Clicars.
The target company, which has a workforce of 600 employees, will be part of the automobile giant Stellantis, which is committed to online sales and to implementing an agency model in its distribution network.
The Bird & Bird team was formed by Corporate Partner Lourdes Ayala (pictured above), Counsel Alberto Rodríguez, Senior Associate Antonio Ballesteros and Associate Mónica Sangalli.
