Bird & Bird advises on Andera Partners entry into Ingenostrum’s capital with €25m

Bird & Bird has advised Andera Partners on its entry into the capital of Ingenostrum, a company specialized in the engineering and integrated development of large renewable energy generation plants.

Ingenostrum has completed a €25 million financing round with Andera Partners, through its Andera Smart Infra 1 fund. Andera Smart Infra 1 is a fund that invests alongside entrepreneurs in the energy transition sector to enable them to transform their businesses.

This is the first investment outside France by Andera Smart Infra 1, initiated by the great potential of the Spanish market in the businesses developed by Ingenostrum.

The Bird & Bird team was led by private equity partner Santiago Lardiés with the support of associates Paula Martín and José Luis Quintanilla.
