Bird & Bird Advises Henko Partners in Strategic Alliance with GTM

International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Henko Partners, an Iberian private equity firm, on its strategic alliance with GTM to create a leading group for wind and photovoltaic parks. The transaction involves merging their respective subsidiaries, Tamoin‘s wind division and Revergy, a renewable energy company acquired by Henko Partners two years ago, to form a market-leading entity in renewable energy support services in Spain. The new group is projected to achieve a turnover of €50 million.

The new entity will be named Tamoin Green Technologies and aims to become a benchmark in maintenance and technical services for renewable energy plants, with a particular focus on wind and photovoltaic parks.
