Bird & Bird advises Casafari on a €5m financing from BBVA Spark
Bird & Bird has advised Casafari, one of Europe’s leading real estate software platforms, in obtaining a €5 million venture debt financing.
The funding was provided by BBVA Spark, BBVA’s unit created to help entrepreneurs and Venture Capital investors scale their businesses with financial services and debt.
Casafari, which has more than 60,000 users in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Germany, focuses its business on democratizing access to key data for developers, agents and other players in the real estate market.
The Bird & Bird team consisted of Alberto Rodríguez (counsel), Isabel Rodríguez (associate) and Paula Martín (associate).
