BGA inaugurates its Seville office, led by Gerardo Siguero

BGA, a Madrid law firm specialized in complex and commercial litigation, opens its Seville office led by Gerardo Siguero, who joins the firm together with José Luis Bocanegra and Sergio Barrasa from Zurbarán Abogados.

Gerardo Siguero

Gerardo Siguero, new partner of BGA with more than 19 years of experience and an expert in Insolvency and Restructuring Law at an international level, has also advised multiple clients in the field of Sports Law. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and an associate of INSOL International. He is also a frequent author of publications related to his areas of expertise, including, among others, his latest book on class formation for restructuring plans.

José Luis Bocanegra

José Luis Bocanegra has extensive experience in corporate law and has worked for firms such as Garrigues and DLA Piper, advising major companies in various economic sectors. Sergio Barrasa is a specialist in International Sports Law and has extensive experience in matters before FIFA bodies, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, UEFA and national federations, participating in international arbitrations and providing training in this specialty.
