BDO acts for Metrovacesa on real estate deal

BDO Abogados advised Metrovacesa on the sale to Corestate of a plot of land for residential use in Las Tablas (Madrid)

The land is valued at 10 million euros and has a buildable area of 8,700 square metres where Corestate plans to build a business apartment building, which will operate under the brand Joyn. This project will be adapted to the needs of business travellers, with work areas, lounges, a gymnasium, and a restaurant, says the company.

The building will have 207 apartments of between 24 square meters and 40 square meters and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
