BDO Abogados advises Prodigioso Volcán on its sale to Grupo Jungle

BDO Abogados has advised Prodigioso Volcán, a company specialising in cultural transformation, communication, design, storytelling and content, on the process of its sale to Grupo Jungle. The transaction aims to strenghten Prodigioso Volcán’s positioning within the creative and communications ecosystem, adding new growth capabilities and expanding its reach under the Grupo Jungle structure.
