BDO Abogados advise on the acquisition of a majority stake in Monolitic
BDO Abogados has advised Becolve Digital, a company specialized in software for digital transformation, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Monolitic, a leading company in connected hardware solutions for business.
Both companies will operate independently and will maintain their organizational structures and operational headquarters in Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia and Lisbon.
As a result of this agreement, a new stage of business expansion is opened based on synergies and collaboration between both companies that will allow them to expand and complement their value proposition by providing global solutions for digital transformation.
Specifically, BDO Abogados has carried out the due diligence work, as well as the legal advice throughout the transaction. Adolfo Soria, Javier de Claudio and Víctor Camps, partner, manager and senior lawyer of the corporate area of BDO Abogados, respectively, have participated in the transaction.
