Baker McKenzie in obtaining court approval of a Restructuring Plan for Terratest
Baker McKenzie has advised Terratest, a Spanish multinational company specialized in geotechnical and environmental engineering projects, in obtaining the judicial approval of a Restructuring Plan that will allow it to overcome the difficult economic and financial situation in which it found itself and which led it to initiate a restructuring process at the end of last year.
The Restructuring Plan, approved by the 19th Commercial Court of Madrid and drawn up with the advice of Baker McKenzie together with other legal and financial firms, will allow the company to resume the normal course of its activities with a view to recovering profitability in the short term.
On behalf of Baker McKenzie, the advice was led by José Luis Yus Respaldiza, partner in the Madrid Litigation Department and a specialist in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
