Baker McKenzie advises Portobello Capital on the investment in Clínicas Mi
Baker McKenzie has advised Portobello Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in Spain, in the investment in Clínicas Mi. Portobello has entered the shareholding with a minority stake of 49%, while the Masfurroll family retains the majority (51%) in the healthcare group.
The firms’s advice to Portobello Capital has been led by Luis Casals and Luis Fuster (partners in the M&A area), Modesto Puerta (senior associate in the M&A area), Andrea Iraola and María del Mar Venzal (associates in the M&A area). They were also supported by Jaime Martínez-Íñiguez (partner in the tax area), Margarita Fernández (partner in the labor and employment area) and Antonio Fernández (senior associate in the labor and employment area).
