Baker McKenzie advises on the acquisition of CERE
Baker McKenzie’scCorporate / M&A team has advised UL Solutions, a global leader in applied safety science, on the acquisition of CERE, a privately held third-party testing, simulation and certification company based in Madrid.
This acquisition by UL Solutions expands its global testing, simulation and certification expertise in Europe for products that support the adoption of renewable energy and electric vehicles.
