Baker McKenzie advises on Safe Life’s acquisition of Salvavidas Cardio
Baker McKenzie has advised Safe Life, a global provider of public access solutions to save lives, on its entry into the Spanish market through the acquisition of Salvavidas Cardio, a Spanish company specialising in automated external defibrillators.
Salvavidas has its own management team, under which it has transformed its business model and experienced considerable growth in recent years.
The acquisition is part of Safe Life’s ambitious and accelerated growth strategy. In response to the growing demand for AEDs and public safety equipment, Safe Life continues to seek strategic opportunities to expand its reach and impact. The group’s strategy combines the strength of its platform and broad product offering with the potential of local entrepreneurship and market knowledge.
The transaction was led by partner Cristina Rios Martin, together with lawyers Javier Mendez Fallola and Pablo Estrada.
