Baker McKenzie and RCD advises on the acquisition of US company Sensely by Mediktor

Baker McKenzie and RCD have advised on the acquisition of the US company Sensely by Mediktor, a Catalan provider of medical solutions using Artificial Intelligence.

Following the transaction, the start-up from Cádiz expects to have a turnover of five million euros this year and to enter the markets of China, Holland, Australia and Thailand. At the same time, this transaction has involved the entry of the non-profit organisation Mayo Clinic in Mediktor’s capital.

Baker McKenzie‘s team advising Mediktor was formed by Carlos Martín (Partner, Corporate M&A) and Modesto Puerta (Senior Associate, Corporate M&A).

RCD has advised the U.S. digital health company Sensely with a team led by Ramon Manyà and Ismael Peralta, associates of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area.
