Ayuela Jiménez hires Marina Figueredo to open its labour area

Ayuela Jiménez has hired Marina Figueredo (pictured) as of counsel to inaugurate its labour law department.

Figueredo holds a law degree from ESADE Business School (Universidad Ramón Llull), with a specialisation in labour law, and a master’s degree in labour law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

With more than a decade of experience, the lawyer began her professional career in the labour department of EY Abogados, providing recurring advice to national and international companies for more than 7 years.

At EY, she worked on all types of matters within the framework of labour relations, both individual and collective: hiring, salary, collective bargaining agreements, senior management, substantial modifications of working conditions, termination of contracts and restructuring, among other matters.

Figueredo also has years of experience in appearing in court proceedings and before the labour inspectorate. She also created and directed the labour department of TKL Abogados and teaches at Sagardoy Business & Law School.
