Ayuela Jiménez advises on the closing of a 1,35m investment round
Ayuela Jiménez has advised iMeureka, a startup that has developed a revolutionary business model in the insurtech, creating a collaborative digital ecosystem of insurance mediation, in the closing of an investment round amounting to 1,350,000 euros.
The team was formed by partner Eduardo Ayuela and lawyer Isabel Cano, leading the structure, coordination, and execution of the legal aspects of the investment round.
The round, in which directors and top executives of the main national and international insurance companies and brokers participated, consolidates iMeureka ‘s position as the first national insurance marketplace, and reflects the great commitment, trust and support of the insurance sector in the company and its founding partners.
