Inspiralaw is an initiative promoted by Iberian Legal Group, with the purpose to identify the 50 top women in the legal field, both private practice and in-house.
The InspiraLAw 2024 event is accompanied by the Diversity & Inclusion approach and is therefore named Inspiralaw Diversity & Inclusion, that will recognize the most notable Diversity & Inclusion projects promoted by the companies in Spain and Portugal.

ART. 1 – Promoters, purpose and period of validity: on the initiative promoted by Iberian Lawyer, “InspiraLaw” (hereinafter referred to as “the event”) is launched for the year 2024 with the aim of identifying the 50 female professionals of the legal world, private practice and in-house, (i.e. Law Firms and Companies) who, for having reached a position of leadership, are a source of inspiration and motivation for all women working in the world of law.
The Initiative is governed according to the procedures set out below.
ART. 2 – Modalities of participation and selection: participation in the Initiative is reserved for female professionals of Law Firms and Firms holding a position of leadership (separately and jointly, hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’).
Participants will be preliminarily identified and named through questionnaires.
The professionals included in the list, which will be drawn up in alphabetical order and not according to rank, will be selected by the editorial staff of Iberian Lawyer.
ART. 3 – Communication of the finalist projects and ceremony: the announcement of the names of the 50 professionals will be published in the issue of Iberian Lawyer and awards will be presented during the Gala Evening.
Iberian Lawyer reserves the right to promptly communicate to the Participants further details regarding the modalities of participation and holding of the Gala Evening.
ART. 4 – Formalisation and withdrawal of the acknowledgement: The acknowledgement will have no financial value, being a public acknowledgement of a merely symbolic nature.Iberian Lawyer authorises the 50 professionals to exploit the image benefits deriving from obtaining the “InspiraLaw – Edition 2024” award.
