Attolón hires Gala Pons as a partner

ALSP firm Attolón has incorporated Gala Pons as a partner to strengthen the Corporate and M&A area

Gala Pons (pictured), who joins from Sayma Asesores Legales y Tributarios, specialises in Commercial, Corporate and M&A Law with a high international component, and Compliance (CESCOM Certification). She graduated in Law and International Relations from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and has developed her professional career for more than 14 years in leading law firms such as Garrigues and Andersen Tax & Legal (Olleros Abogados).

She also has extensive in-house experience acquired in one of the leading companies in the lift sector (Orona) and during a long-term secondment in a multinational in the chemical sector.

Attolón’s CEO, Carlos Guerrero, highlighted: “In the coming weeks we will announce the first 10 of the 50 new hires we plan to make this year in all practice areas and main industries. With Gala Pons we reinforce and expand the Commercial and M&A team at Attolón.”
