Ashurst and Pérez-Llorca advise on Indra-Paradigma deal

Ashurst advised Spain’s Indra Sistemas on the acquisition of digital transformation consultancy firm Paradigma, which was advised by Pérez-Llorca.

The deal was valued at €70 million, according to Mergermarket.

Paradigma, which has a team of more than 400 professionals, specialises in areas such as digital strategy, artificial intelligence, big data and the cloud.

Indra is a technology and consulting company that develops technology in fields such as defense and security, transport, energy, telecommunications and media, financial services, public administration and healthcare.

In 2016 Indra posted revenues of €2.7 billion. It employs 34,000 professionals.
