Ashurst advises on the acquisition of Hidrometering from Agbar
Ashurst has advised Equitix European Infrastructure Fund in a pioneering transaction in Spain consisting of the acquisition of Hidrometering from Agbar. Hidrometering operates throughout the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, providing water metering services directly to 450,000 residential customers.
The team has been led by Andrés Alfonso (Energy Transition partner) and Tannia Rodríguez (counsel), assisted by Beatriz Aizpún and Marta Timoner ,both associates (pictured on the prinicipal picture from left to right).
The competition and European Union law team, led by partner Rafael Baena, assisted by Teresa Prado and Patricia Valenzuela (associate and junior associate, respectively) and the public law team, led by Alfonso González-Espejo (counsel) and assisted by Soledad Adell and Alberto Rus (senior associate and junior associate, respectively) have also been involved in the transaction.
