Arquia subscribes to a capital increase of Insurceo: Advisors
Arquia Banca has fully subscribed a capital increase round on InsurCEO and has acquired 40% of the technology platform, reinforcing its commitment to the specialized insurance segment for professionals and freelancers, through an alliance that contributes to its greater competitiveness and the digitalization process. This new inorganic operation strengthens Arquia Banca’s position in the insurance sector, following the acquisition in December of a stake in CA Life Insurance Experts.
InsurCEO is the technology platform of the brokerage Insurnet, specialized in online services for professionals and companies and recognized for its contribution to the transformation of the insurance industry.
The capital injection will enable InsurCEO to accelerate its expansion, providing it with the necessary resources to expand its investments in marketing strategies and technological development. One of the main objectives will be to strengthen API connectivity with insurers and distributors, facilitating seamless digital interactions between insurance companies, brokers and businesses.
