Araoz & Rueda corporate partner leaves for EY Abogados

Araoz & Rueda partner Francisco Aldavero has left the firm to join EY Abogados.

Aldavero – whose expertise includes private equity, corporate and M&A – had been at Araoz & Rueda for 20 years.

Federico Linares, managing partner of EY Abogados, said that, despite market uncertainty, M&A activity was expected to rapidly increase. “Incorporating Francisco Aldavero allows us to enhance our profile in this area and complement our tax services,” he added.

Aldavero said joining EY Abogados would give him the opportunity to work as part of multidisciplinary teams offering services such as tax structuring and strategic consulting.
