Araoz & Rueda acts for Orpea on Sanyres acquisition

Araoz & Rueda advised French residential care home provider Orpea on the acquisition of Spanish nursing home provider Sanyres.

Following the acquisition, Orpea now provides more than 74,000 beds in 733 locations, of which more than half are outside France.

Sanyres has 18 centres for the elderly across Spain in locations including Madrid, Malaga and Cordoba. The company employs more than 1,500 people.

Sanyres’ turnover in 2015 was €55 million.
