Antas da Cunha Ecija signs EU AI Pact

Antas da Cunha Ecija has announced that it is now a signatory of the EU AI Pact, an initiative of the European Commission that brings together various entities at the European and global level, committed to the ethical, responsible, and safe implementation of Artificial Intelligence, in line with the regulatory framework established by the AI Act.

By joining this commitment, the firm led by Fernando Antas da Cunha (pictured) “takes on an active role in building a culture of compliance and trust in the use of AI, contributing to the effective implementation of the new European regulation and the adoption of robust practices in governance, risk management, and transparency”, states the law firm. This commitment, it says, aims to support a practical and rigorous adoption of the AI Act, promoting a digital transformation based on trust, transparency, and accountability.
