Antas da Cunha Ecija advises Science4you on investment round

Antas da Cunha Ecija has advised the Portuguese company Science4you on the completion of an investment round led by the Portuguese fund Draycott, following a successful corporate restructuring completed in May 2025.

The law firm provided comprehensive legal assistance in the structuring and negotiation of the investment with Draycott, including the drafting and negotiation of the investment agreement, the shareholders’ agreement and all related corporate and contractual documentation. With this capital increase, Science4you now has the necessary conditions to support its expansion into the North American market—one of its key internationalisation strategic priorities—as well as into e-commerce.
