Antas da Cunha Ecija advises Mexto on Lisbon property deals

Antas da Cunha Ecija advised Swiss real estate investment company Mexto on the acquisition of three historic buildings in Lisbon.

 

The firm acted for Mexto on the acquisition and regeneration of Avencas Ocean View Residence, Rodrigo da Fonseca 43 and Eduardo Coelho 26.

Mexto currently has €140 million worth of projects under construction, including seven in Portugal.
