Antas da Cunha Ecija advises Lisbon Real Estate
Antas da Cunha Ecija has advised Lisbon Real Estate Limited on the sale of the entire share capital of Projecto Rua de Santiago, the company that owns and operates the five-star Hotel Santiago de Alfama, located in Lisbon’s historic centre, to Frozen Memory. As a result of this transaction, the hotel’s management will now be taken over by a Brazilian luxury brand.
In the context of the transaction, the rural hotel project in the Alentejo was previously segregated, allowing the deal to focus exclusively on the urban asset and ensuring a clear and efficient structure for its transfer.
Antas da Cunha ecija advised the seller throughout all stages of the transaction, including the structuring of the deal and the negotiation of the contractual documentation, as well as assistance through to completion. The multidisciplinary team involved comprised Henrique Moser (partner), Joana Cunha de Almeida (partner), both pictured, as well as Margarida Asseiceira (of counsel) and Sofia Macedo de Faria (associate).
