Andrés Abadíe joins Martínez-Echevarría as partner
Martínez-Echevarría has announced the appointment of Andrés Abadíe as a new partner in its White-Collar Crime and Compliance department, further enhancing the firm’s capabilities in a growing and increasingly complex practice area.
Abadíe brings extensive experience advising both national and international clients in high-stakes criminal matters. He is also a specialist in corporate criminal risk management, including fraud prevention, the design and implementation of compliance programs, and internal investigations.
In his role, Abadíe supports companies in assessing their exposure to potential irregularities and implementing effective corrective measures. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including tax crimes, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, offenses against public administration, and crimes involving personal harm.
Previously, he worked as a partner in the economic criminal law department at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo.
