Andrea Manerba, new people & culture director at Lyreco Iberia

Lyreco Iberia, a company in the distribution of workplace and occupational safety solutions, has appointed Andrea Manerba as its new people & culture director. She will join the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Management. This appointment forms part of the organisation’s goal of strengthening internal leadership in order to address the challenges set out in the GREAT2026 strategic plan.

Andrea Manerba joined Lyreco in 2023 and has since led the development of remuneration policies, variable compensation models and benefits programmes. Her work has directly contributed to strengthening internal equity and enhancing the company’s competitiveness as an employer.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in multinational environments and has built her career at companies such as GB Foods and Grupo Comsa, where she worked on defining people policies aligned with business objectives and on the evolution of organisational models.

In this regard, Giampiero Maggioni, general manager of Lyreco Iberia, expressed his “full confidence in Andrea to lead this new phase. Her experience, strategic vision and ability to connect business strategy with people management will be key to continuing to move forward on our priorities and successfully addressing the challenges of GREAT2026.”
