Andersen Portugal Enhances Tax and Life Science with New Hires

Andersen Portugal has expanded its expertise in tax and life sciences with the addition of Catarina Matos and Nuno Saraiva to its team. Catarina Matos joins as VAT Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in VAT and indirect taxation from her previous role as VAT Senior Manager at EY. She has led teams and provided consultancy across various sectors, including real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, and retail.

Nuno Saraiva, appointed as Of Counsel for Life Science, brings more than 25 years of legal experience with a focus on the health sector. Previously, he served as Head of Legal & HR at Synlab Iberia and was President of the National Association of Clinical Laboratories.
