Andersen on the sale of the AQ Vallés housing development

Andersen has advised the real estate developer AQ Acentor on the sale of AQ Vallés to the US investment fund, Franklin Templeton.

The AQ Vallés development is a subsidised housing complex located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda in the Vallès Occidental region, near Barcelona.

This development is the only new subsidised housing project being built in the town and offers all the features currently in demand: spacious and bright homes, with large bedrooms, cross ventilation, balconies and terraces as well as extensive communal areas with green spaces, leisure areas and private swimming pool.

Also, the complex is close to all types of spaces that are commonly used: schools, shops, parks and all the necessary services.

This deal represents the US investment fund Franklin Templeton’s entry into rental housing in Spain.

The team from Andersen advising AQ Acentor was formed by the partner in real estate law, Eduardo González (pictured left) and the associate from the same practice area, Virginia de la Fuente (pictured right).
