Andersen on the sale of Segurfer XXI and Póliza Médica’s insurance brokerage
Andersen has advised Segurfer XXI and Póliza Médica on the sale of their insurance brokerage business units to Grupo Concentra.
Concentra is a group consisting of several brokerages, underwriting agencies and underwriting extension management that was created in December 2001 to promote the risk and insurance advisory and management business through various direct insurance and reinsurance brokerage companies.
The team from Andersen advising Segurfer XXI and Póliza Médica was formed by the corporate and M&A partner, Javier Cubillo (pictured left) and the senior associate, Teresa García (pictured right).
