Andersen has advised Trucksters on a €14.3 million Series A funding round

Andersen has advised Trucksters, that operates as a relay-based freight transport operator, on a €14.3 million Series A funding round, with which the operator gives a new impetus to its growth.

This new capital injection will be used to triple the technology team, enabling carriers to get paid earlier for their trips and expand new corridors.

Trucksters is a digital transport operator that provides a long-distance FTL trucking service through a relay model based on Optimisation & AI. Trucksters is a company backed by leading corporations including the joint venture of Porsche & Axel Springer (APX) and investment funds such as Big Sur, Metavallon, Kibo, Bonsai or The Valley.

Andersen’s team has been led by the Partner of the M&A area, Javier Bustillo (pictured), along with the Corporate and M&A lawyer Jorge Flores.
