Andersen integrates Margareto IP
Andersen integrates the Valencian firm Margareto Intellectual Property (IP), a boutique specialized in industrial and intellectual property law and in advice related to the intangible assets of companies. As a result of this incorporation, Carolina Sánchez Margareto, founder of Margareto IP, joins Andersen as director of the M&A department in the Valencia office, together with María Amparo Godoy, as lawyer.

Carolina Sánchez Margareto
With 20 years of experience, Sánchez Margareto holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management, Transnational Intellectual Property, and as a technician specialized in Trademarks, Design and Antitrust. She is specialized in the management, prosecution and defense of trademarks and designs before organizations such as the EUIPO, the SPTO and the WIPO. Throughout her career, she has worked for the textile, pharmaceutical, food, artistic and audiovisual sectors, and has advised Spanish brands on international expansion strategies in markets such as China, Japan, USA, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
