Andersen Global incorporates Porto firm CNA – Curado, Nogueira & Associados

Andersen Global has announced it has launched an operation in Porto via a collaboration agreement with law firm CNA – Curado, Nogueira & Associados.

CNA – Curado, Nogueira & Associados’ focus is corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labour law, tax law, tax litigation, intellectual property law, arbitration and public law.

The firm represents clients in a number of sectors including automotive, water and waste, electronics and IT, energy and environment, real estate and tourism, healthcare, fashion, transportation and logistics, and food and beverage.

The CNA team is led by founding partners Luisa Curado, Teresa Nogueira and Carla Malhão, who established the firm in 2005.

Andersen Global’s opening of an office in Porto follows the incorporation of Lisbon law firm Nobre Guedes, Mota Soares & Associados (NGMS) in May last year.
