Andersen and One Million Bot team up
Andersen and One Million Bot, a technology company specialized in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), have entered into a strategic alliance to offer services related to the application of AI to companies, institutions and public administrations with maximum legal certainty.
José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen, states that “artificial intelligence is already part of the reality of companies, organizations and public administrations, which demand solutions, tools and systems that allow them to integrate all the capabilities of this technology with maximum legal certainty and guaranteeing regulatory compliance”. To that end, he explains, this agreement responds. “One Million Bot is a benchmark company in the field of AI, so I can think of no better partner for an alliance with which we take a decisive step towards positioning ourselves as a benchmark in legal advice in complex technological environments,” he adds.

Joint services
According to the agreement reached, Andersen and One Million Bot will provide joint services ranging from the design of an AI strategy; the implementation of tools based on this technology, or the creation of proprietary developments, all with a fully compliant approach from a legal and regulatory perspective. Likewise, the quality, scope and/or efficiency of the legal advice provided by the Firm will be optimized or complemented with the technological capabilities of One Million Bot. As a result of the alliance, both organizations will provide customized solutions adapted to the needs of their clients.
Andrés Pedreño, president of One Million Bot, explains that “the competitiveness of European companies in the new global scenario of artificial intelligence will depend directly on their ability to develop robust, effective strategies that are fully aligned with the regulatory framework. In the new framework of global tariff conflict, instead of seeing regulation as a brake, we must embrace its presence and move to understanding it as a differential advantage: companies that integrate AI while meeting the highest legal standards will be able to turn compliance into a driver of strategic value. Turning a challenge into an opportunity, that is the differential value of this alliance”.
Growing challenges
In this regard, although AI is attracting growing interest from companies, institutions and public administrations, the implementation of tools and solutions based on this technology, as well as its use, face a significant number of legal and regulatory challenges related to data protection, intellectual property, labor and cybersecurity regulations, among others.
Carlos Rodríguez Sau, partner in Andersen’s Legaltech department, highlights that this agreement offers “a comprehensive and enabling regulatory response, especially in regulated sectors, such as insurance, banking and public administration, as well as providers of consulting services or development of AI solutions.” “We will accompany both early adopters and those who are in the implementation and validation phases of projects; in addition, we intend to expand our offer of legal and tax services by developing our own AI agents to apply them directly in clients’ in-house environments,” he stresses.
Connection between technological innovation and law
This alliance responds to the need to offer companies and administrations complete support: from the identification of opportunities and use cases, to the design and implementation of technological solutions, all with the maximum legal guarantees.
Andrés Desantes, CEO of One Million Bot, explains that “this alliance puts an end to a historical disconnection between technological innovation and the world of law. For the first time, companies and institutions will be able to approach AI deployment from a joint vision: technological ambition with legal guarantees. This alliance represents the real convergence of both worlds and a unique value proposition for those organizations that aspire to deploy the potential of AI without forgoing any benefits or taking unnecessary risks.”
