Andersen has advised WinDelivery on the sale of 100% of the company to Glovo

Andersen, from the Corporate and M&A area, has advised WinDelivery on the sale of 100% of the company to Glovo.

The business, which specialises in integrating and optimising food delivery services for medium and large restaurant brands, operates in Spain and Portugal, serving more than 1,000 restaurants in the management of the complete home delivery cycle.

With this transaction, Glovo expands its service in Spain and WinDelivery, which will continue to operate independently, takes a further step in its internationalisation process.

Javier Bustillo (pictured), partner at Andersen in the M&A practice, has been responsible for advising on the transaction, in which Teresa García, senior associate, and Jorge Flores, lawyer in the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice, have also participated.
