Andersen has advised the Seville-based company Syrsa and the principal shareholder of the automotive group Almina (formerly Catsa, Comercial Autotractor) on the purchase and sale of 13 BMW and Mini dealerships across five Andalusian provinces.

The transaction includes five BMW dealerships, five Mini dealerships, and three BMW Motorrad dealerships, with locations spread across the provinces of Seville (three), Jaén (two), Córdoba (two), Granada (two), and Cádiz (one).
