Andersen advises Squirrel Media on the acquisition of the Ganga Group
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media on the acquisition of 51% of the business conglomerate Grupo Ganga.
Based in Madrid, Grupo Ganga is a company focused on the production of drama series and TV shows, including the series Cuéntame cómo pasó for Televisión Española and La Última, the first original fiction from Disney+ for Spain.
The team from Andersen advising on this deal was formed by Jaime Aguilar (pictured left), partner in the corporate and M&A area, together with Mayo Torres (pictured right), associate in the same department.
