Andersen advises Soho Boutique on 17 hotels sale
Andersen has advised Soho Boutique Hotels on the sale of 17 Moon Dreams-branded hotels to Bluesea Hotels, a company backed by Portobello Capital. The assets, located in Costa del Sol, Ibiza, Menorca, Costa de la Luz, Costa de Almería, Cullera, Cantabria and Pontevedra, total over 1,800 rooms.
The deal forms part of Soho Boutique’s strategy to consolidate its position in the urban hotel sector in Spain and accelerate its international expansion, states Andersen. The sale of Moon Dreams will allow Soho Boutique to focus on developing hotels in prime locations in major cities.
